My Process

1. Initial Call

A no-strings-attached video call to get to know each other and discuss your vision. You'll receive a tailored quote.

2. Final Planning Meeting

A second video call to finalize everything before the big day. During this session, we’ll go over:

  • Your expectations for the photos: What kind of images you’d love to see, the moments you want highlighted, and the overall visual style (e.g., romantic, documentary, editorial).

  • Your vision for the video: Which moments are most important to you, any specific shots you want included (like first looks, speeches, reactions), and the overall vibe you're aiming for.

  • Your wedding day schedule: A detailed look at the full timeline of the day – including ceremonies, preparations, photo sessions, dinner, speeches, and party – so we can plan our coverage around every key moment.

  • Shotlist & moodboard review: For social media and highlight videos, we’ll finalize a shotlist and review a moodboard to align on poses, aesthetics, and emotional storytelling.

3. (Optional) Venue Visit

A location walk-through before the big day. Ideal if you want to discuss specific setups in person. This is also a chance for an in-person meeting before the wedding (Free).

4. The Wedding Day

I’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.
You’ll choose 10 favorite photos that I’ll professionally edit the same day for immediate sharing.

5. Editing phase

We work hard behind the scenes to deliver your story with care and attention to every detail. You’ll be updated throughout the editing process.

6. Final Delivery

You’ll receive access to your online gallery, with albums organized by moments (ceremony, couple shoot, prep, party, etc.).
If you ordered a wedding album, I’ll deliver it in person along with your personalized USB stick, and we’ll raise a toast to your unforgettable day.
You’ll also receive a free couple shoot in my studio, valid for up to one year.
